A: Click on one of the tabs (Major League, Minor League, Pennants, Softball, Soccer) at the top of the page. Pick your team from the list, fill out the Order Form, fill in all the required* information, Pay, then click the Submit button. It’s that simple. There is help on the right side of the order forms for additional information. The Team Package is only available with Major League, Minor League or College Teams at this time. Pennants ARE NOT included in the Team Package at this time.
2. Q: Can I place my order over the phone or through fax?
A: To ensure proper spelling and punctuation, we prefer you use our online order forms. This will also help with the production process.
3. Q: What information can be included on my Team Banner?
A: Generally, banners include team logo, player’s names, numbers, coach’s info, team parent names, and sponsors. Numbers are OPTIONAL.
4. Q: Can we put photographs on our Team Banner?
A: Absolutely, there is a $25 set-up fee for photos. Photos can be emailed to info@mygamedaysports.com
5. Q: What if I don't see our team name on your website samples?
A: Our gallery shows only a small amount of our designs. We have a large library of logos and can create unique designs for custom team names (pricing starts at $100).
6. Q: Can I send you my own artwork to print?
A: If you supply us with a print ready file, full size file, we can print your artwork. We accept PDF, JPEG (high resolution), EPS, and AI files. Please convert all fonts to outlines. For a quote, send your print ready art to info@mygamedaysports.com
7. Q: What if I don't have all the team information or player numbers yet?
A: We will need all your team's information prior to sending you a design layout. When you're ready, we're here to make the process hassle free.
8. Q: What sizes are available for your Team Banners and Pennants?
A: Team Banners are roughly 5' wide x 3' tall, Home Plate Pennants are 15" x 15", Player Banners are 24" wide x 36" tall and Mini Banners are 10" wide x 6" tall. Call us for custom banner sizes.
9. Q: What are your banners made of?
A: Our banners are digitally printed using UV inks on durable 13 oz. banner vinyl. All banners are hemmed, sewn and have grommets in each corner. We include hooks for ease of installation. Soccer banners come standard with Pole Pockets in the top and bottom of the banner.
10. Q: Will you send a proof of my Team Banner or Pennant design prior to printing?
A: Yes, we will send you a design layout proof within 1-2 business days so you can proof read and APPROVE prior to us printing your Team Banner, Pennant or Player Banner. Once you approve the design, no changes can be made without possible delay and additional costs.
11. Q: What happens after I approve my Team Banner, Pennant or Player Banner design?
A: Banners/pennants are immediately sent to production and ready to ship in 72 hours. Banners/pennants can also be picked up at our store.
12. Q: What are the turnaround times for Team Banners or Pennants?
A: Once your order is placed, we will email you a design proof layout within 1-2 business days for you to proof read and APPROVE. As soon as you approve the design layout, we will start production of your banner, ready to ship or pick up from our store in 3 business days.
13. Q: What can I expect to pay for your Team banners or Pennants?
A: Our Team Banners start at $85.00 each, includes sales tax. Our Pennants start at $15.00 each, includes sales tax. Player Banners are $35.00 each, includes sales tax.
14. Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Flat rate Shipping cost is $15.00 shipped anywhere in the United States using USPS Priority Mail .
15. Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Your banner order is generally avaiable 3 days AFTER your approval of the proof we send to you. You can pick-up your order in our store or have your banner(s) shipped. Once it has left our facility, there is shipping time. Shipping times may take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days depending on shipping address. You will be emailed a tracking number confirmation once your order has shipped.
16. Q: Ships within 48 hours defined
A: We ship Monday through Friday with all orders going out at 3pm PST daily. We will ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment for your order; however, to guarantee your order ships the following day, you must have your order in by 3pm the day prior to shipping.
At all times, we make our best efforts to get your order out the second day it is placed, but during high demand times we use the 3 o’clock shipping time as a cutoff. We use USPS to ship all of its packages and when we say your banner will ship within 48 hours, which does not include the transit time by USPS to deliver your banner to you. We are closed on the weekends, and ALL major holidays, any order received after 3pm on Friday will ship no later than the following Wednesday.
17. Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: We can only cancel custom orders that have not begun production. You have to contact us the same day your order is placed within our business hours. If your order is already in production we cannot cancel the order and the order will be processed as usual. If your order is not in production we will cancel the order and refund your payment immediately. Your refunded payment will take a few days to process; it depends on your credit card provider.
18. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash and all major credit cards, including PayPal.
19. Q: How do I hang my Team Banner or Pennants?
A: Team Banners for baseball or softball are generally hung on a fence or backstop. Four clips are provided for Team Banners and two clips are provided for each Pennant. Soccer Banners have Pole Pockets and gromments on them. We DO NOT provide banner stands at this time.
